Estuary cottages booking database had stopped working. Through a series of events they were left approaching the beginning of their busy period without one of their essential business tools. With the original provider off the scene, and convinced by others they needed an expensive rewrite, Estuary Cottages needed a reliable booking system up and running and they needed it fast!

We popped in to see Sarah and the team to discuss their software needs and what they required from any consultants they choose to work with. We talked through the options and armed them with the facts regarding starting from scratch verses repairing existing applications. We concluded that it was clear the best solution would be repairing the existing Microsoft Access Database which we were able to do in a day. Having repaired the system, audited the code and restructured some of the architecture, we reinstalled it on their network and PC’s by the end of the week.

Back up and running! Happy their problem was resolved at a fraction of the cost of a new application, Estuary Cottages were able to get straight back into the swing of making holiday makers dreams come true.

We have since been asked by the company to add further functionality and improve some of the existing processes at a pace that suits them and this we have only been to happy to do.
